Biography
Pedro Mil-Homens is currently Associate Professor at the Faculty of Human Kinetics, University of Lisbon (FMH-ULisboa).
Pedro’s teaching activities at FMH-ULisboa are related with training methodology, with special emphasis on strength & power training. His research interests are focused on neuromuscular performance.
Regarding to football, he is a member of the working group for the certification of football academies at the Portuguese FA. He was also Academy Director at the renowned Sporting Academy (Sporting Clube de Portugal) between 2001 and 11.
Pedro has a PhD in sports science and has edited/authored 3 books and over 20 peer-reviewed research papers related to sports science.
