The main motivation in developing the graduate course in high performance soccer training is to acquire tools, knowledge and skills to enable in the future to develop in the sport of soccer solutions primarily to the level of the game, which have a strong positive feeling, in its various dimensions.

The exchange knowledge with people linked to academia and sports of which ever had the pleasure to share a few moments with Professor Sidónio Serpa, Professor Pedro Mil Homens and  Professor Francisco Ramos in other contexts as well as share new experiences with other teachers in this graduate It presents itself as a motivating factor for participation in the same.

Currently my work in football is developed by Viseu Football Association to which collaborate in the current national coach of the Women’s Football Team Prof. Francisco Neto since 2007, the selection of sports talents either male or female throughout the different stages of development.

With this training plan to acquire capital gains in a future perspective of development work at the highest level and also be a change agent and participant in this context.

My professional goal is to work with a team that in a competitive and professional environment enhances sports agents through programmed and sustainable projects, and I think it should be something “thought the medium and long term” (We see FC Barcelona currently dominates the ranking the last 10 years the World Football to the level of clubs in terms of titles why? Mister Alex Fergusson was champion Manchester United and European level despite many years without winning anything why? What is the culture that wants the club.) in that strict and competent management and expertise are mandatory requirements and in the case of football there is still a long way to go.

The game of football through the methodological changes, rules of play, technology, manufacturing, media coverage has been changed in the behavior of agents who are part of this context, as well as the relationship between them, and in that sense I think that this course may be a more value in order to update and improve my skills in different specific sub-areas.
