Biography
João Brito is the physiologist of the Portuguese Football Federation.
João Brito is the exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning specialist of the Health and Performance Unit from the Portuguese Football Federation.
He previously worked as exercise physiologist in Aspetar – Qatar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital, in Doha, Qatar.
João has a PhD in Sport Sciences from the University of Porto. His research interests are focused on injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and monitoring of training and game loads.
