Departing from Lisbon to Cascais/Estoril through Avenida Marginal (N6). After Algés, pay attention to Estádio Nacional/FMH directions. FMH is at 500 meters of the Avenida Marginal.

Take the tram 15E at Lisbon city center. It starts at Praça da Figueira, stops at Cais do Sodré train station. Take the train at Cais do Sodré and stop at Cruz Quebrada station. The FMH is over there. You just need to walk for 10 minutes.
