Testimonials

What University of Lisbon offered has been the most interesting and influential formal learning experience for me, as a coach, as a club director and as a person! The structure of learning and experiencing football in high level of theoretical and practical teaching in FMH showed that there studying football and becoming a coach is a form of life, a case of existence, rather than solely a learning activity.

Lauri Nuuma, Director of Football
at Harju JK, Estonia

FMH is a university with long tradition in the development of high quality football coaches through the use of the most advanced technical and scientific knowledge. Those who want to be football coaches will find here a curriculum that will prepare them to intervene with quality in the different areas that influence the collective and individual performance of their teams. Among several other important lessons, the time spent in FMH taught me that the amount of factors that influence performance is endless and for that reason there is nothing more practical for a football coach than a good theory!

Vitor Gazimba, Head Coach of the U-21
team of Strømsgodset, Norway

I have enrolled in the University of Lisbon in 2013 to find the answers about better football coaching. Surprisingly, I found more than this… I rediscover myself through the University program! And after this semester I am clearly a much better coach!

Gert Remmel, Professional Football Coach
and Football Analyst for Finnish press
